Not suitable for a fence that is too fragile

Calling it a fence is a bit too optimistic. If I take two bars in one hand, I can bend them without much effort. Aesthetically pleasing. Let's call it a very un-fence-like fence.

object ok as in the picture, not shown in the photos if it is welded, arrived and attached by screws and nuts.

This fence panel is delivered with accessories which we do not know the use of, and no matter how I looked I do not understand, an option of fixing accessories on the panels with feet would be particularly welcome, I will have to tinker a solution for that ... which I would have gone without
