I am happy with the delivery time, and the product, it is in line with what I wanted. on the other hand, I am "shocked" by the packaging. Indeed, my product being very small, it could easily fit in a bubble envelope, there was no need for this large cardboard box, and what to protect it inside, since it was absolutely not brittle. it's something you have to think about, because we all have to be very sensitive to that.
