I'm giving it 5 stars for the service and professionalism I received from the site. I highly recommend it. As for the seller, in addition to the lack of clarity in tracking the shipment, the product arrived defective (a corner was broken). I'm not returning it because these things bother me too much. The fireplace surround is beautiful, but if it were flawless, it would have been even better.
