The tool is effective in seeing over time how it ages and whether it holds up. Be careful with very hard woods where you force when the arms are unfolded they tend to bend...

Maneuverability and lightness in accordance with the product description. The black non-stick coating on the main blade may be surprising but it apparently covers the steel part.
