All aluminum structures have been bent or deformed, possibly during transport. I received a new product and benefited from a commercial gesture in return. The product is easy to install but it is necessary to plan to be two and to have a special metal bit or screws for the installation. I still doubled the number of screws hanging the main window to the wall for security.

It's a two man job to assemble and install. The hinges are definitely a weak point and I'm currently waiting on a couple of replacement hinges. How long the unit will lasts for I wouldn't like to say,but I'm thinking that it won't be fir long.

We're building our own house, so not first time diy-ers. Really fiddly to put together, one of the hinges was faulty and the screw thread is already wrecked the screw going round and round. Not sure how to get a new one. Suggest you put it up with one panel then add the leaves, contrary to instructions. Definitely not a one man install. Looks good when up, but not sure how long the concertina seals will last between the panels. Would like some spares already, but not sure how to get them. Not yet used it, so jury is out on performance.

Attaching the seal between the individual panes of glass is difficult because the silicone seal does not like to slip over the glass! The lower sealing strips should be slightly larger (higher because the distance between the glass pane and the bathtub due to the specified mounting height is greater than the silicone strips! When packaging, more care should be taken that the individual parts are better protected against denting! In my case, the pre-assembled one Bracket slightly depressed in several places! Otherwise good quality!
