I have used it for 5 hours so far, no jamming, it shreds the branches as shown on the Supplier's videos or on You Tube: a good shredding really useful for mulching. Fuel consumption is quite low, the noise is quite correct. It is a small machine and not very easy to move because there is no pulling handle, you have to roll it using the evacuation hopper => A handle system would therefore be really appreciated. The machine is ideal for branches of 20 to 30 mm in diameter, it absorbs larger diameters but it is not its cup of tea, the noise then becomes deafening. In conclusion, it is an excellent garden machine, much more robust than what you can find among garden specialists for individuals and which really does the job. I really don't regret my purchase at the moment.

To assemble the device, no instructions in French, No oil in the engine! I had to send emails for explanations.

Very good machine. Well packaged, well finished and easy to assemble. Starts on the 2nd shot. If, like me, you are hesitant, don't ask any more questions, go for it. You just have to remove the sheet metal from the inlet chute and stay reasonable on the diameter to be ground. Provide a board to push the small branches if necessary, the others pass by themselves. Properly maintained, it should last for years.
