    Hello, I am very dissatisfied with the service and the product. indeed, I received the product (the swing) but I did not know how to mount it entirely because it lacked a series of screws to complete the assembly. To date, after almost 3 weeks, I have still not received the pack containing the screws to complete the assembly. I am extremely disappointed because I do not know how to use my swing.

    It withstands bad weather quite well, it is not very heavy and the plastic parts do not seem very durable but so far they have withstood some storms. It suffers wear on the fabrics with the sun especially. Screw caps stay small.

    Very happy with our swing seat. Very easy to put together and very comfortable. Looks pretty on our patio. Bear in mind it is very lightweight and it nearly took off in the strong winds we recently had. So find a place for it out of the wind.
