The Gas Struts for Kitchen Doors are designed to provide smooth and silent operation for cabinet doors. With a strong load capacity of 100N (10kg), these hydraulic shock absorbers ensure that your cabinet doors open and stay open without the need for balancing. Made from high-quality zinc alloy and ABS material, they are durable and suitable for home use.

    • Installation

  • Determine the center position of the rectangular mounting hardware, 70 mm from the back of the cap.
  • Drill 2 holes on the sides of the center point for the rectangular hardware.
  • For round mounting hardware, position it 240 mm from the rear of the cabinet and 10 mm from the top.
  • Attach the gas strut to the cabinet door and frame, ensuring the door is open at a 90° angle during installation.

    • Usage

    These gas struts are ideal for supporting various wooden doors and aluminum door frames, making them suitable for cabinets, TV cabinets, library cabinets, and more. Once opened, the doors remain in place until manually closed.
