Published on 20/04/2023, United KingdomWow what an amazing gaming chair! I bought the chair to go with my sons new gaming desk and he loves it! Comfortable, easy to put together and looks great. It says it’s leather but seems more like Vinyl leather to me. I’m very pleased with the outstanding customer service, one section arrived slightly damaged so I sent a picture and video to explain the problem and within two days I had been sent a replacement part at no extra cost. I would highly recommend this product and this company ?

Published on 27/09/2022, United KingdomI am not completely dissatisfied. The following sets out why I cannot describe the chair as complete high quality. There are numerous imperfections in the stitching, including wonky lines, uneven lay of fabric. There are several locations of impact damage which I can only imagine occurred before it was packed for shipping. The fabric received damage when I attempted to remove the fire resistant tag. It may be that I have a diligent eye for scrutiny and these are not generally noticed or cared about. The levers are out of natural reach and somewhat awkward to operate. Assembly took about 30 minutes and may be a two person job for some. It is comfortable and a marked improvement to what I previously had. All things aside it is a pretty good product. I award this product four and a half bum cheeks out of five. I am fairly pleased and I am glad I bought it.

Published on 23/09/2022, United KingdomIt was fairly easy to put together. Is relatively comfortable but is a little stiff and slightly the incorrect angle at the top of the backrest. All in all, looks good in my music studio and I would buy again.
