Hammerite Direct to Rust Metal Paint is a high-quality, corrosion-resistant paint designed for direct application onto rusty and clean metal surfaces. Spray evenly over the surface, avoiding excessive buildup

Allow the paint to dry thoroughly before handling or exposing to weather

I have no doubt that the paint will be excellent, however, the 3 tins I ordered all arrived dented (significantly). This was due to them as not being protected with bubble wrap or something similar to prevent them from bashing into each other as they were loose in the box apart from a piece of bubble wrap laid over the top of them. By some fluke some serious mess was avoided, thankfully.
