Installation

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dirt, dust, and grease before painting
• Remove loose rust or paint with a wire brush or sandpaper
• For previously painted surfaces in good condition, lightly sand with 240 grit sandpaper
• For flaking paint, remove completely before applying the new coat
• Stir the paint thoroughly for 2-3 minutes before use
• Apply 2-3 coats, allowing 2-4 hours between coats for optimal results

Usage

• Apply with a brush, roller, or spray, diluting with about 10% water if spraying
• For best results, follow the preparation and application instructions carefully
• Allow the final coat to dry for at least 30 minutes to be showerproof
• Perform annual inspections to check for cracks or damage and touch up as needed
