Published on 27/05/2024, United KingdomThe cushion has no ties to tie at the back. The head rest part keeps collapsing.the cushion is not as thick a it looks in the picture. The colour is a dull version of dark grey. Needs a Velcro to stick at back so it stays in place.

Published on 25/03/2024, United KingdomI like the product, but I have not yet tried it . On a negative side your package was extremely difficult to open in fact impossible. I have arthritis on my hands, so I really struggled to open it. Took me almost 30 minutes to open the package! Go easy on packaging please for people who has complex disability. Otherwise the product looks fine and the price is reasonable too! Thank you. :)
