The seller returned a new product to me very quickly and without discussion, which has already had several hours of operation. In the meantime, I disassembled the defective product and compared it to the original product. It "maybe" comes from the same factory.... This allowed me to understand how the valve works, and to unblock the pinions which I greased with special faucet grease. You can open it without fear: no springs or parts that are almost impossible to replace.
