Delivered 18 Jan, bottom element stopped working 22 Jan. Waiting for resolution. Be aware that fan and oven remains on when door is open and bottom element seems exposed to contamination from grease from the upper racks. Just been informed by Asom that they are sending a replacement Excellent customer service. Replacement has arrived and the universe is now back in balance.
