well packaged a slight dent to the corner of the box either way we set it up all the parts look and feel very flimsy a little oil to cover the element and then we added 3 blocks of lard to fill it to the max line it did look like it would be lucky enough to feed two from the basket provided but after a few minutes to element gave up the ghost £4 of oil and lard later we have asked for a refund next step will be the chip shop devastated
