Product is as described but customer service was absolutely ridiculous. Lack of support when facing issues with shipping, tracking didn't update at all throughout the process, took over 2 weeks to arrive after paying £40 for 48 hour delivery. The only advice they have was "wait another 1-2 working days" which was the same advice they gave on 3 separate occasions.
