Lovely product however the Velcro is so sharp, I’ve had it less than 24 hours hours (she’s only played with it for an hour or two of this) and she has scratched her hand and face on the hard Velcro side - I have ended up cutting a bit of material off something and using it to cover it - would like to know if the after sales team had any other suggestions as this isn’t very nice to look at considering the money spent on it.
