Great product shame about the inner packaging. The polystyrene stuck to the pink cushion and was very hard to remove. I tried several different ways but am still stuck with tiny pieces clinging to the pad. Any suggestions on how to remove it.

Instructions are not very clear, the screws didn’t work and I’ve given up on it. After over a week the entire thing is in the bin. (Still in bits) What a complete waste of time and money!
