Great tit bird box, made from ethically sourced pinewood and a copper roof. All bird nesting boxes can be mounted anywhere in your garden, fixings not included.

Wooden Bird Box

For a rustic bird box, our copper-roof great tit box is ideal. Each roof has an overhang that prevents the box from becoming wet by keeping both the rain and wind off of any visiting birds. Possible birds may include: Great Tit, Blue Tit, Tree Sparrow, House Sparrow, Nuthatch and Pied Flycatcher. For the best results, hang in a quiet and sheltered spot, away from direct sunlight with a direct flight path.

Bird Box

Each nesting box measures L 13.2 x W 17 x H 30 cm and has a 32mm entrance hole for the birds. For upkeep, there is also a hinged door at the side of each birdhouse that can be opened as needed. This makes access to the box easier, which should be cleaned out once every autumn. To thoroughly clean the box, we recommend using the Homescapes bird table scraper to ensure all soiled nesting material and food is removed. Table scraper sold separately.
