This dowel jig is crafted from industrial-grade 6150 aluminum alloy, offering excellent strength and high corrosion resistance, ensuring durability and a long service life. It features a large clamping range, with a maximum capacity of 60mm, and includes 9 drill rings in 3 sizes to accommodate various woodworking drilling needs.

Usage

Adjust the positioning scale to set the distance between the first hole and the end of the board.

After fixing the position, select the appropriate drill corresponding to the drill sleeves to begin drilling.

Remove the scale nuts after drilling three holes.

Use the locating pin to fix the hole on the third hole, ensuring equal distance between each hole.

Drill all holes straight.

Firmly attach the wooden round rod with glue in the punched hole.
