This dowel jig is crafted from industrial-grade 6150 aluminum alloy, offering excellent strength and high corrosion resistance, ensuring durability and a long service life. It features a large clamping range, with a maximum capacity of 60mm, and includes 9 drill rings in 3 sizes to accommodate various woodworking drilling needs.

    • Usage

  • Adjust the positioning scale to set the distance between the first hole and the end of the board.
  • After fixing the position, select the appropriate drill corresponding to the drill sleeves to begin drilling.
  • Remove the scale nuts after drilling three holes.
  • Use the locating pin to fix the hole on the third hole, ensuring equal distance between each hole.
  • Drill all holes straight.
  • Firmly attach the wooden round rod with glue in the punched hole.
