Nice looking set of taps, great controllability. Husband wanted a tap he could move the spout so he didn't bang his head when washing. Love the high shine finish. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the one tap handle worked loose and my husband had to remove it and tighten up the inside with an Allen Key but to do that I had to contact the manufacturer for instructions on how to do it and it would have been much easier if instructions and picture (which they sent to me in an email) could have been included in the package since this might happen on a regular basis. My husband is quite handy but I can see that anyone who is not would struggle to deal with the problem without the instructions. The handle is not difficult to remove so anyone with the instructions including me as a woman could do it and avoid an expensive plumber call out fee! Otherwise I am happy with my purchase. Of course we have only had this set of taps for one week so only time will tell how durable they are and how long the chrome finish will last.

Excellent product, I’ve had this tap in my bathroom for over 10 years, it looks as good as new. I am now moving to a house where the bathroom needs renovation so I have bought this tap again. It has a timeless design And is good quality.
