Having used a rotary polisher previously and found the kick when first starting a little disconcerting, this product had a softer start and didn’t try to throw you off stepladders. The weight was better and the variable speeds worked well, the only thing that lets this down is the supplied pads, delaminated after not much use so would advise buying others. Overall it’s a good machine and as it says suitable for beginners like me.
