This is a well made quality product. The online image is misleading as the lights only illuminate the wall above and below the cupboard, so not helpful when shaving. My item had one of the hinges pre-attached and one held loosely by one screw and the other screw missing. The screw would not tighten properly and just spun round. It took me some time to realise that 2 extra self-tapping screws provided were intended to be used for the hinge. There was nothing in the instructions to indicate this. The body of the cupboard was described as grey but closer to black in my opinion. It is also a metal body which I had assumed would be made of wood. In spite of these minor issues, it looks fantastic in our ensuite and we are very pleased with the purchase. It shows that customer care matters when you recieve a follow phone call. The caller accepted my comments is going to look into changing the photo that looked like the lights were at the top front. I was also offered a partial refund as compensation.
