Very fine and very rapid abrasion of the cutting edges. Razor finish guaranteed. As far as I'm concerned, I use it with water and dishwashing liquid. it prevents clogging due to the exfoliation of oils and it is also effective. I did not put 4 stars because there was a small chip at an angle of the stone. But that does not interfere with his jobs.
