Description
Specification:
The phase sequence relay is a new high-tech product applied to large-scale digital integrated circuits and transformerless designs. Highly versatile (three-phase 220V~380V), ultra-small size, very attractive appearance. It detects the waveform and phase of the power supply via an IC to determine if the power supply is abnormal. In reverse phase (anti-phase), three-phase voltage imbalance, phase loss, and short circuits when an inductive load such as a motor is running, it can quickly assess and provide relay protection. Its protection function is unaffected by the circuit or load current, overvoltage current, unbalanced current, and load characteristics, allowing for long-term, full-performance operation in all climates to ensure normal and stable motor operation. It can be used to provide relay protection for various three-phase motors and other three-phase equipment such as refrigeration compressors, pumps, fans, air compressors, elevators, and injection molding machines. Protection Features: 1. Phase Loss Protection: This means that any phase will experience a phase loss when the protected circuit is in an on or off state. In this case, the red indicator light will illuminate and take priority. 2. Phase Reversal Protection: This is an immediate protection that protects the three phases L1, L2, and L3 against incorrect connection sequence. In this case, the yellow indicator light will illuminate. 3. Voltage Imbalance Protection: While protection against voltage imbalances > 50% is provided, three-phase voltage imbalances affect the equipment's operation. In the event of a phase loss, the red indicator light will illuminate and take priority. 4. Delay Protection: When a fault occurs, the monitor delays 1 to 3 seconds before activating and releasing. Operating Characteristics: 1. If the connection of phases L1, L2, and L3 is correct, the green indicator light on the relay illuminates and the relay remains closed. If they are interchanged, the yellow indicator light on the relay illuminates. By swapping two of them, the relay will accept the phase sequence and begin to operate normally. In the case where a yellow light illuminates and the relay remains open after the protected equipment is operating normally, it should be due to a faulty connection in the external circuit. The relay has a protection function against connection errors. 2. When one of these phases, L1, L2, and L3, is out of phase, the red light is on and the green light is off, and the relay is released. When the voltage returns to normal, it will immediately re-establish itself with a green light on and a closed relay. 3. L1, L2, and L3 connect to three-phase AC current. NO and COM are normally open contact points, and NC and COM are normally closed contact points. Use the cable to connect directly to the workpiece.
