Insert the correct batteries into the detector and the receiver. 2. Ensure the batteries are inserted correctly. 3. The remote detection system now operates using infrared detection technology. 6. Place the receiver in an easily accessible location. 7. Please install both units at least 3 feet above ground level for optimal performance. Helpful Tips: Do not place the detector in areas where it will be blown away by the wind. Also, try to keep the detector in a clear path to the receiver for optimal performance. Maintenance Information: 1. Important: Please keep the detector receiver in a sheltered location to prevent the two units from coming into contact with water and direct sunlight. 2. When the LED indicator does not light up, the battery power is low or dead. At this time, you must change the batteries. 3. Regularly clean the detector with a damp cloth to prevent the sensor from clogging by washing away small particles. 4. Try to keep it in places where it will not get wet. Furthermore, during heavy storms and snowfall, it is recommended to move the device indoors or to a safe location. 5. Never attempt to disassemble the units. 6.
