Recommended to air out the unpacked rug for at least a few hours to allow the natural scent to fade

Vacuum once a week on medium suction power using an upholstery attachment, in the direction of the pile

Maintenance tips

Remove stains immediately using a damp, non-staining cloth

Clean from the edge to the middle of the rug, do not rub

For tough stains, scrape off dirt and clean with a non-staining, damp cotton cloth; use wool washing liquid if necessary

Do not overwet the rug and wipe dry after cleaning

Use only rug recommended cleaners

Contact an expert for tough stain removal

Periodically turn your rug 180° to ensure even wear and prevent fading caused by sun exposure
