Ensure total accuracy when baking from scratch with this KitchenAid Dual Platform Scale. Featuring a double platform design, this high-performance kitchen scale can weigh larger amounts (up to 5000g) and smaller amounts (up to 500g), either together or independently.
Each weighing platform has a handy tare feature to zero out the weight of a container or to reset between adding ingredients. A two-line backlit LCD display shows the weights of both platforms and can be switched between metric and imperial readings.
KitchenAid Dual Platform Scale maximum capacities: Large platform - 5000g x 1g (11lb x 0.1oz); Small platform - 500g x 0.01g (16oz x 0.001oz).
The durable stainless steel surfaces won't stain or retain food odours and are easy to clean by wiping with a damp cloth and then drying thoroughly.
Requires 3x AAA batteries (not included). Auto-shut off will cut in after three minutes of no change in weight on the platforms.
The KitchenAid Dual Platform Scale is supplied with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.
