The floor and the door came broken. Shire customer services are terrible- complete con men. Would suggest you avoid at all costs! Ruined my daughters birthday as they took a week to send the parts out. Seems as the floor was broken I was unable to get it built in time! Wish I had never purchased this product and would never buy anything from Shire again!!
