Super complete. Also works the upper body thanks to its elastics. Easy to assemble, all screws already in place.... Comfortable with the backrest. Practical digital screen. Would perhaps be missing a pair of harder levels for me....but excellent.product, I recommend without hesitation. Folds for extra storage!

It is very regrettable not to have assembly instructions for the bike or explanations of the dashboard... Impossible to find on the internet for free. I still managed to put it together without too much trouble. Now, I would like to have instructions for the operation of the dashboard to have optimal use of the bike....

Super simple assembly! The screws are already in place, no need to think to follow the steps. The instructions are in German, English and French, explained step by step. The device really doesn't take up a lot of space once folded, light and easy to handle. The design is modern and nice. The handlebars and seat are comfortable, (soft seat) the backrest a little stiffer but still pleasant. I was apprehensive about the fact that the pedals were forward but I directly felt the effect of the leg forward position on the abs. And not the same abs at work depending on whether you are in a forward position or leaning on the backrest. The resistance on the pedals is more than sufficient for me, I wouldn't go straight to the hard gears, 16 in total... there's plenty of room! The resistance on the arm pull-ups is not adjustable, but as it is a supplement it does not need to be harder for the moment. I will take the weights if I ever want more strength. The electronic pad works very well, you can scroll through the different measurements or select only the one you want. Resetting data to zero at the end of the session is easy and quick. Oh and the must: it is perfectly silent. But really really! Perfect for pedaling in front of the TV or tablet! Hoping that it stays that way in time! In short, the first try is perfectly positive!

Easy to assemble and looks good. Not to heavy to move around but need two people. Exercising is excellent but controls are not clear to understand as still unsure how to log excercise sessions.
