Good product because you can use your own bike to ride during periods when it is impossible to ride outside.

Package received today, perfect! When unpacking, I was very disappointed: some accessories were missing. (Circled with highlighter) Namely, what the poor translation calls. Connection assembly, Thread knob kit, and tools. In plain English: assembly bolt, wheel resistance adjustment system, and wrench set. What is the procedure to obtain the missing parts? Thank you for your reply.
