I bought the towel warmer some time ago but in the process of being assembled now. I must say that I had some problems with the delivery times of the product for which it was no longer available in stock and I had to wait for it to be restocked. I waited a few more weeks but I recommend the site anyway because the assistance was very kind and helpful. They also reimbursed me for the cost of apologizing for what happened. I also bought other items and so far I have had a great time
