It should include couple of tools, that’s not provided. The back board can not sit straight. The raising and lowering of the back board is extremely not practical, specially bringing to lower heights.

Apart from being a little bit tricky to assemble (a 2-person job to be more efficient) the end result is well worth it; what a fantastic product. Smart looking, very good quality, extremely sturdy and overall outstanding value. It was exactly what I hoped it would be and more!
