Product information

Description

General description

Loft Legs raise the loft floor by 175mm, providing energy-efficient loft storage while preventing the compression of insulation, which helps maintain U Values. These legs are easy to install, ultra-strong, and lightweight, allowing homeowners to utilize their loft space without sacrificing insulation effectiveness.

Technical specifications

Height: 175mm

Material: Recycled materials

Pack size: 12

Screw requirement: 4.0 x 3.0mm General Purpose Screws (NOT Included)

Installation

Loft Legs are screwed directly to the ceiling joists. Loft boards, such as tongue and groove loft panels or 18mm chipboard sheets, are then screwed on top of the Loft Legs to create a raised platform above the level of insulation.

Usage

Loft Legs allow homeowners to maximize their loft space for storage while maintaining the effectiveness of insulation, avoiding the traditional compromise between insulation and usable storage space.
