Published on 23/07/2025, United Kingdomi always purchase Makita tools and equipment, and already have a smaller Makita fan, which is powered battery only, iv had it a few years now, and is used to keep my dog cool in the car, and works great. This new fan i bought for my bedroom, as we recently have had such very hot weather. it works well, but my only complaint is that it is very noisy, compared to my other fan, it has 2 speeds, 1 & 2, I can only have it on the lower level speed, as i couldn't sleep on the no 2 setting. that said it looks very well made, and i got a great deal with Mano Mano. on reflection, i wish i had bought the model i already had, as i have plenty of the 18v Batteries.
