Description

The Makita 18v LXT SDS-PLUS Rotary Hammer is a high performing drill, capable of drilling through steel, wood and masonry with ease thanks to the 3-mode switch which means you can choose the function best suited to the job at hand. This rotary hammer drill also has some integral features to ensure the safety of the tool user; with a built in torque limiter clutch and electric break which allows you to have complete control over the implement, add a job light with afterglow function and clearly Makita prioritises preventing injury with these precautions. For a tool so powerful it’s also very easy to use, the LXT rotary drill has a one touch sliding chuck for quick and painless drill part changes, it can also change rotation direction for easy application or removal of screws. The chisel rotates 360° with 40 different locking positions to get the best possible working angle. The Ergonomic design of this Makita SDS drill lessens the fatigue of the user, it’s more compact and much lighter than other drills on the market, it also has a rubberised shapely handle for continuous even tight grip. This 18v LXT drill is powered by a Lithium-Ion battery which allows it to be charged quickly and lasts much longer than other power sources. Unique Rubber Joint Construction suppresses vibration to the battery preserving battery terminals from breakages and poor electrical contact.
