I ordered this Makita cordless hammer drill so that I could fix anchor studs in concrete. The work was very easy. The hole punch is very light and handy. This was my first use of an SDS chuck, which is even easier than with a conventional chuck. I recommend this tool. Be careful though, 10.8V battery and not 18V if you already have Makita machines.
