Very detailed assembly instructions. LED lighting system with solar charger very good. Fairly sturdy frame despite excessive play on one axle that prevents leveling (one arm is lower than the other). The bottom bar of the canvas is made of three pieces and lacks rigidity, causing the canvas to roll up and crease. The canvas is too flexible. Sincerely,

I received this product with incorrect parts. After several written exchanges, and being unreachable by phone, I opted for a complete exchange, but ultimately they didn't have the correct item in stock. When will I receive a refund? The person from ManoMano on the phone was very helpful throughout the process.
