I am satisfied with this product by cons the original packaging is defective the cardboard box is holed everywhere this article will have to make the trip abroad by plane I am obliged to patch the cardboard so that it is solid for shipping it is really the only negative point of this order thank you for all Regards Habib.

Vacuum cleaner that does the job. Comes with an English plug but thanks to the comments of other buyers I was aware. The instructions are in English, the suction pipe is a bit short for my taste, but it's detail. Very happy with my purchase, it vacuums the carpets very well.

Problem the electrical plug is an English one so it does not go to Europe but is not indicated anywhere on the site
