They are water and corrosion resistant, robust and hard, and offer an extended tool life. REDUCED TOOLING COSTS: The high-adhesion turning tool blades allow for high speed when cutting thick materials and good rigidity, thus reducing operating costs. EASY TO USE: The tool holders for metal lathes allow for quick and easy clamping and tool changes; a simple wrench is all that is needed. The main body and other parts are precision ground to prevent imbalance. Roller bars are included for pre-machining and finishing, for added safety during cutting. This tool delivers excellent performance even in a variety of demanding processing environments, including heavily contaminated ones (such as cast iron).
