Small error in rod size, what you see is what you get.
Prepare blocks of wood of appropriate thickness.
Evenly sharpen one end of the block of wood to fit in the electric drill. Try to maintain a high degree of concentricity.
Install the cut block of wood onto the electric drill bit and lock it securely.
Align the block of wood with the required size of the round hole, start the electric drill, push slowly forward, and unscrew the round hole.
