Delivery was brilliant, customer service is brilliant, small chip marks along most of the laminated timber, most of the dowel holes are too large for the dowels so some good glue is required, mine had missing screws. When fitting the last piece which is at the top when you open the door don't follow the drawing for where the holes allow as the drawing contradicts the design, of fitted flush with the top then the sink does not fit right. All in all its a lovely product as long as you are happy with slight chip marks in the concrete effect

cupboard fittings wrong so sink doesnt fit . had to redrill holes and put wood else where so sink fits
