The product is wonderful, fits very well with our cast iron radiator. We had an issue with the online ordering system as it registered two orders. It was not possible to cancel the second order. On advise of the seller, I rejected the second order on delivery and sent it back only for the courier to claim that we took possession of the order. When I pointed this out to the seller, they refunded all the money and took it out with the courier themselve.Thus our issue was very well handled.
