The would have been perfect but unfortunately arrived damaged. But aesthetically it’s a lovely product , it would have given out plenty of heat and would have been easy to install . The design features are innovative and unusual . It would be unfair on the supplier if I were to share a photo. As it’s obviously been damaged in transit.

I did not return the item because I couldn't be bothered with such a chunky item however one corner was handled rough somewhere along the way in manufacturing. The brass, chrome plated plug was mangled like the rad was dragged across the floor. My fitter had an extra one so this could be replaced BUT during the rough handling some paint was also removed. The rad is in a corner and the particular corner that was marked is up high towards the wall out of view. Still not really acceptable. ALSO, when my fitter unpacked the rad, about a 1/4 cup of RUST came out from the inside of the rad. The rad must have sat in non-climate controlled environments for a considerable time for that much oxidation to take place. After discussing with my fitter, I decided to keep it in spite of the rust as it is heave gauge steel and an rust inhibitor would be added to the system which has a magnet installed to remove iron paticulates. The unit itself is a BEAST and I expect it to dry clothes quickly which is the reason for purchase.

The customer service from mano mano to resolve the issue was outstanding and very supportive. I was so disappointed to notice that the product was damaged during transport. Within a week we came to an agreement to resolve the issue.
