Boltless, Strong and Versatile Metal Racking

Strong storage with five shelves per bay that's a whole lotta shelf – not to mention they can hold a massive total weight of 1800KG. That’s nearly 2 tonnes!
Capable of bearing 360kg per shelf (evenly distributed).
Thick MDF solid shelf boards (we don’t use cheap and nasty chipboard) that can handle almost anything. Feel free to treat or paint the wood.
Keep the racking sturdy and protect your floor with the protective feet.
Made from 1.2mm heavy duty steel. They really are designed to last.
Finished with 4 layers of powder coated paint will keep the garage racking looking great.

Superior quality product, well received, very satisfactory result. Only point of difficulty, the assembly of the vertical uprights (in 2 half-lengths), it is better to put bolts to connect them, easier.

The shelf arrives in a box or the uprights are separated into two parts (barely visible in the photo!). Quick assembly for one person, a second would not be too much especially for the upper part. The manual is in English but the images are sufficient to understand the assembly. The mallet is the only tool required. From the start of the assembly, I was surprised by the stability and the built-in strength of the parts. The two flats are on the junction of the two uprights, I would have preferred one, but we understand that the packaging would have been different, and the trays in medium cut just to the dimensions of the frames. This fair size requires forcing to insert them at the risk of damaging them! I would later change these tablets. Excellent product that I would recommend!

It's a little fiddly to assemble the uprights as they join via a shelf bracket, more than two hands needed, but all in all does what I need

Most: Super adaptable, the only tool you will need to mount these shelves or disassemble: a mallet and it holds well! no nail screw, it fits well, just be careful when nesting to increase the length, it is necessary that the vertical bars are perfectly glued to each other (no overlap). The least: I will eventually removed a star for the unstable side if they go wrong, but it is so scalable and practical that I leave 5 stars! shelves are melamine can be replaced by osb if necessary ... And especially removable in the blink of an eye (so we can enhance a row after the fact simply (which is difficult when the shelves are screwed). to climb very high, I secured the top of the shelf by fixing it to the beams of my workshop with end of rails placo (mine goes up to almost 2m80) received in 48h

I use this shelve in a cupboard in my house to store my tools . It is sturdy enough to take the weight and was assembled in place easily. I would be inclined to waterproof the MDF shelves if I was using it in my garage as it is very damp there. I definitely would recommend the product .
