I needed a vanity unit of this size for a downstairs cloakroom. Overall build quality is good but there is a panel on the back that i had to cut a hole is to accommodate water and waste pipes. The unit comes pre-built, but had the wrong instructions supplied and some fittings for a drawer unit which were not required. Pretty wasteful. Unfortunately, the delivery was messed up and the basin and unit came a few days apart which didn’t help but the company were good about getting it sorted. I’m generally happy with the unit and it looks clean and modern.
