The product was faulty. I had to ask for a refund. It is a shame because it was very good looking and stylish.

This kettle i beautifully designed and works perfectly ( ive only had it for 5 days). The greatest thing about it is its about a third of the cost of similar ones

Does exactly what it should. I love the thermometer as I can turn it off before it boils great for coffee.
