Operating Temperature -40℃~+65℃ 1. OVERHEAT PROTECTION
When the internal temperature of the MPPT controller exceeds 100℃, the MPPT controller will reduce the output power. If the internal temperature continues to rise to 110℃, the MPPT controller will automatically shut down the output. When the internal temperature of the MPPT controller is below 85℃, the MPPT controller will automatically resume operation.
2. SHORT CIRCUIT PROTECTION
When an unexpected short circuit occurs in the output of the MPPT controller, the MPPT controller will automatically shut down the output and automatically return to normal after the short circuit is cleared.
3. INPUTS UNDERVOLTAGE PROTECTION
When the input voltage of the MPPT controller is below 15V, the MPPT will protectively shut down and automatically resume operation once the input voltage is normal.
4. SETTING THE OUTPUT ACTIVATION FUNCTION
When the MPPT controller leaves the factory, the output voltage activation function is enabled. This means that when the output terminal is suspended, the voltage output is closed and the output voltage displays a flashing "0". When battery access is detected, the output automatically activates and the current charging voltage is displayed.When the output activation function is not required in certain specific applications, the user can press the [OK] button five times to disable it. At this point, the output voltage column will display "OPE" for 3 seconds, indicating that the operation was successful. In this way, the MPPT controller will output a voltage immediately after power-up. If you need to re-enable the output activation function, press the [OK] button five times again. At this point, the output voltage column will display "act" for 3 seconds, indicating that the operation was successful. Once the output activation function is set, the system will automatically save it and operate in the last defined mode upon power-up.
