Product information

Description

Structure: The deburring calibrator consists of an ergonomic handle for a comfortable grip and three heads designed for processing pipes. The head can have several parts, including deburring blades and gauges.
Operation: To deburr a multi-layer pipe, the user inserts the pipe end into the deburring calibrator head. The deburring blades remove burrs and excess material from the pipe edge, ensuring a smooth and clean end.
Calibration: In addition to deburring, the deburring calibrator also has a calibration function. This means it adjusts the diameter of the pipe end to perfectly fit the connection with other components, such as fittings, compression fittings, or snap-on fittings.
Materials: Multi-layer pipe deburring sizers are made from sturdy materials to ensure durability and wear resistance.
Use: These tools are widely used by plumbing and heating professionals, as well as experienced DIY enthusiasts, to prepare multi-layer pipes before installation. A properly deburred and calibrated hose ensures a tight and reliable connection, reducing the risk of leaks.
