General description
Ronseal High-Performance Wood Filler is a chemically bonded filler and catalyst designed for tough repairs on virtually any wood damage. It effectively fills to any depth without shrinking or cracking, making it ideal for both interior and exterior wood repairs deeper than 5mm. Installation
Before using the High-Performance Wood Filler, ensure any rotten wood is removed and treated with Ronseal Wood Hardener for better adhesion. For application, mix a pea-sized amount of hardener with a golf ball-sized amount of filler until uniform in color. Test the mixture on a small area to confirm color match, then pack it into the hole, leaving some raised above the surface. Smooth it over with a filling knife before it hardens, which allows for about 20 minutes of shaping time.Usage
This wood filler can be sanded, planed, filed, nailed, or screwed once hardened. It can also be stained, varnished, or painted over. After application, your tools can be cleaned with white spirit.Other information
